Thank you for your interest in the ‘Journey To Us’ Marriage Retreat, taking place from October 9-11, 2026 at the relaxing Gateway Lodge in Hanmer Springs.

We’re truly delighted to welcome you to this special experience, thoughtfully designed to nurture connection, renewal, and joy in your relationship. Set against the backdrop of an alpine hideaway, this retreat offers a space to pause, reflect, and grow together.

Here’s what your retreat package includes:
• Two nights of comfortable accommodation (all linens and bedding provided)
• All meals included, featuring a gourmet dining experience
• Private onsite counselling session with a licensed and registered counsellor
• A proven, thoughtfully curated program to help you reconnect and deepen your bond

Arrival & Departure Details:

You’re welcome to check in anytime between 4:30pm and 7:00pm on Friday, October 9. (You will need to have had or bring your own dinner).

Our first session begins at 7:30pm, followed by a delicious, shared supper to ease into the weekend.

Our last session concludes with Sunday Lunch followed by a Q & A and feedback time. Please plan your departure from the resort at 3pm.

Transport Assistance:

If you require transport to and from Christchurch Airport, please let us know—we’ll do our best to arrange this for you.

Retreat Cost & Payment Options:

The total cost is $1,200 per couple.

There is a $200 non-refundable deposit payable immediately to reserve your spot.
